Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy
Dategram has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits minors. We strictly prohibit the use of our Service to create, share, distribute, or solicit sexually explicit content involving minors.
We actively monitor and moderate content to detect and remove any material that violates this policy. When we identify such content, we immediately remove it, terminate the offending account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by law.

11. Additional paid services, subscriptions, and refund policy
The User agrees to the payment terms. For an additional fee, the User may access special features and functions of the Service (Additional Paid Services). These services are not required for registration and are provided solely at the User’s free choice and request.
Additional Paid Services are provided at the User’s free choice and request from the moment access to the relevant service is granted. When making a purchase, the User is asked to confirm it with the applicable payment provider. The payment method, currency, service period, and final amount, including applicable taxes and fees, are displayed before confirmation. By confirming the payment, the User authorizes B-APPS LIMITED or its payment provider to charge the displayed amount using the selected method.
The right to use an Additional Paid Service begins after B-APPS LIMITED receives the applicable payment and access to the relevant feature is granted. To receive the service, the User provides the information necessary for its provision. The User must follow the displayed payment instructions. If access is obtained without payment or with incomplete payment because of a technical error or the User’s actions, the User must notify support and pay for the service actually provided.
Additional Paid Services are provided by B-APPS LIMITED. Third-party offers are not offers made by B-APPS LIMITED and should be reported to support. Third-party payment services may be engaged to process payments. Bank-card transactions must be made by the cardholder or an authorized person and are subject to authorization by the bank. A bank or payment provider may decline a transaction or request additional verification to prevent fraud. The Additional Paid Service may be suspended during such verification. B-APPS LIMITED is not responsible for failures of a third-party payment service except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If the selected payment option renews automatically, the User separately confirms consent to recurring charges before payment. The charge amount and frequency are displayed in the payment form. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Future renewals may be cancelled in the Dategram profile or in Apple App Store or Google Play settings when purchased through the relevant store. Access remains available until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
All sales are final unless a refund is required by law or B-APPS LIMITED decides to approve an exceptional request submitted within 14 days of payment. Requests concerning direct payments should be sent to Dategram support. Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the relevant platform’s rules, and Apple or Google decides whether to approve them.
If there are grounds to believe that a payment involves fraudulent or other unlawful activity, B-APPS LIMITED may provide the necessary information to the payment provider, bank, or competent authorities.
